| The GunsExpress service makes gun
buying so easy with selection, convenience, and security at
your leisure 24/7. GunsExpress uses the power of the Internet,
and hard work to sell guns. We are sales representatives for
FFL retailers across the United States. Currently our service
is only available to consumers in the continental United
States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We expect to be able to
handle transaction in Alaska, Hawaii, and operate an export
service for sales outside of the United States in the near
future. Guns sold through GunsExpress are backed by the
manufacturers/importers limited warranty as provided by them
directly. GunsExpress and the FFL retailer does not support or
offer any warranties or guarantees of the guns sold. Should an
issue arise regarding a defect, GunsExpress will assist the
consumer in contacting the right manufacturer with contact
information and assist the consumer with the proper
procedures to address the problem.

marketplace, including some of the hottest and hard to get
ones. GunsExpress maintains no physical inventory but a
Virtual Inventory. By establishing powerful sourcing
relationships with major gun distributors for the FFL
retailers, GunsExpress has created the mother of all
gun showrooms for new and imports. No where else can you view
so many new and imported guns for sale at one place. |

- Consumers who buy with GunsExpress browse/shop 24/7 in
leisure, complete the purchase with payment handling, and
directed to a FFL retailer in their locality for pick-up. Gone
are the days of hunting down the seller, negotiating the price
on the phone or emails over an extended period, trying to find
a FFL dealer to handle your transfer for a reasonable fee, and
then learning enough about interstate firearms laws so you
don't end up in jail or having to deal with BATF. GunsExpress
offers secure encrypted online payments with credit cards,
electronic checks, or a paper check method using snail mail.

| Security
- GunsExpress offers carefree and secured online gun buying.
GunsExpress handles all the logistics and cost of getting the
gun to the FFL retailer and the retailer will properly
transfer the gun to you without charging a transfer fee. Your
money is safe and not forwarded to the retailer until you have
inspected the gun. If the gun you are looking at during
pick-up is not what you brought (not as advertised in the ad
listing) then you do not have to complete the sale and you get
a 100% refund. If an error occurred and the wrong gun was
shipped, then the gun will be returned and the proper one
shipped at no additional cost to you. |
