GunsExpress is a sales Representative for FFL retailers across America and completes the sale with your payment processing. The guns shown in our Virtual Gun Catalog are the inventory of the FFL retailers or gun distributors that supply the FFL retailers. Here's what happens after you make a purchase with GunsExpress:

Your GunsExpress purchase will be assigned to a local FFL retailer in your community and that is where you will complete pick-up by inspecting the gun and proper transfer. Proper transfer includes passing the background check. See Forfeiture policy below.
At the FFL retailer, you get to inspect the gun. After you have picked up your gun, the sales proceeds collected by GunsExpress are forwarded to the FFL retailer.
GunsExpress receives a sales commission paid by the FFL retailer for hound dogging and closing the sale.

To browse and make purchases on GunsExpress, click the Gun Catalog button and select Firearms in the category box. Registration is required to make purchases on GunsExpress. If you pay by cash (check) you may deduct 3% (three) as a cash discount when making out your check. Online credit card purchases are processed immediately for gun delivery. Cash purchases are processed once the check clears.

Inspection Period - You may inspect the firearm during your pickup and transfer process at the FFL retailer. GunsExpress firearms are supplied directly from the FFL retailer, or gun distributors and are NOT from private sale. If there is damage from shipping, please notify the FFL retailer and do not take delivery at that time. A new firearm will be re-shipped.

Return & Refund Policy - All sales are final with no returns or credit adjustments.

Warranty Issues - All warranties are supported directly by their manufacturers or the importers. GunsExpress and the FFL retailer are not responsible for their warranties and will not intermediate. You are to contact the manufacturer or Importer directly. GunsExpress and the FFL retailer will supply contact information if requested.

Delivery and Pickup - All guns purchased on GunsExpress are to be picked up at a local FFL retailer assigned to you. The FFL retailer will contact you when your firearm is ready. Usually, this is within 5 days from payment processing. The delivery process will include the FFL retailer performing a proper transfer as required by all laws and regulations. This includes undergoing a background check, such as, NICS. You must pass the background check to take delivery. See forfeiture of firearms below.

Shipping Cost - There is no shipping cost.

FFL Transfer Fees - There are no transfer fees charged by the FFL retailer.

Credit Card Surcharges - All gun prices include a 3% (three) credit card surcharge. This fee is paid to the credit card processing companies for their handling charges. Cash sales receive a 3% discount. If you pay by paper check, you may deduct 3% from the price of the gun when sending in your check. Guns are not shipped until the check has cleared.

Credit Card Security - GunsExpress utilizes the highest level of 128bit encryption to keep your transaction safe and secure. GunsExpress will keep you personal information private.

Forfeiture of Firearms - In the event you do not fully pass All the legal and regulatory requirements to lawfully take possession of the firearm you have purchased, you will forfeiture the firearm. This means you walk away from the firearm with NO refund, or credit whatsoever. You are legally prohibited to have someone come in your place to take delivery of the firearm. This is known as a straw purchase, which is illegal and a serious crime. Please NO NOT use our service if you are not 110% that you can legally take possession of a firearm.
